  • 11th August 2004.  I was at the first Shooting People - Shoot Out Short Film Festival in London on Sunday.  I sold a few Walburgas.  forgetting - forgiving.  Including one to festival supremo Ben Blaine: who wrote
    And the WINNER of SHOOT OUT is...
    Everyone.  Obviously.  That includes everyone who sent me a film for selection, everyone who turned up on Sunday, everyone who is going to turn up to the other screenings up and down this great land of ours, everyone who ate free melon, everyone who buys Glyn Watkins book of poems, me and Uri the dog.
